- Can I wear my jewelry all the time?
Even though the cord is strong, your jewelry should be removed
before bathing, showering, swimming or entering a hot-tub-in
short, it should be kept dry.
- When does my bracelet need to be re-strung?
All jewelry strung on cord should be taken to a professional
and re-strung every two to five years, depending on how often
you wear it.

- Are your prices in US Dollars?
No, dollar values quoted are in Canadian funds. Calculate
your savings with an online currency converter!
- Are shipping and taxes included in the cost?
Shipping is calculated automatically by the PayPal
system when using our shopping cart. Canadian residents
should allow for 7% GST, and British Columbia residents
should allow for 7%PST.
PayPal is a well-established
Internet transaction facilitator. PayPal enables any
business or consumer with an email address to securely,
conveniently, and cost-effectively send and receive
payments online. To use PayPal, you must sign up by
providing your basic personal information and a credit
card number, just like you would do if you were paying
us directly.
- How long will it take for me to receive my jewelry?
We will ship any in-stock order within 72 hours of payment.
Due to the recent upheavals in mail service, we cannot guarantee
speed of delivery.
- Is there a warranty or money-back guarantee on these
products?
We will replace or repair any piece made by us in the unlikely
event that it is defective. This warranty is good for ninety
days after date of purchase. It is assumed that you will not
subject your item to harsh conditions (see Jewelry Care above).
